My experience was marred by insufficient English communication from the staff. Many interactions led to confusion, and it was frustrating trying to convey our needs. the lack of restaurant facilities left us without convenient dining options.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning! 🌄 The villa felt spacious and had a lovely terrace. Just wish the breakfast had been served warmer instead of cold.

Perfectly situated near Khao Yai national park. Room was clean with stunning views and a private pool. Breakfast is plentiful but could use more variety over multiple days. The staff, although helpful, struggled with English, causing a few mix-ups.

The rooms are stunning, easily resembling small villas with two beautiful terraces looking over the lush garden. The quiet swimming pool really adds to the relaxing vibe. Staff organized a laundry service that was quick and efficient, with our clothes returned neatly folded the next day. Breakfast delivered to the room featured a good variety, though it would have been perfect served warm instead of cold. I appreciated that room service brought food from the restaurant without extra charges, making dining super convenient. On the downside, communication with some staff members was tricky due to limited English skills, creating a few confusing moments. The cleanliness of some outdoor furniture could use a bit of attention too. these small issues didn’t overshadow the lovely ambiance of the resort and the beautiful surroundings.

On the downside, the pool water was murky, which was especially disappointing given prior experiences with saltwater pools. The furniture on the terrace was not clean, and the view advertised didn't match the reality from our particular villa. The breakfast experience was hindered by the cold temperature of the food and the absence of any hot beverages served. the recliner sofa in the common area felt worn and didn't match the rest of the villa’s beautiful interior.
